Cou\u00advrir et lais\u00adser cuire \u00e0 feu doux pen\u00addant 10mn. Ajou\u00adter le cabillaud d\u00e9taill\u00e9 en d\u00e9s, et lais\u00adser cuire 5mn. R\u00e9ser\u00adver et lais\u00adser ti\u00e8dir.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9\u00adchauf\u00adfer le four \u00e0 210\u00b0 (Th&nbsp;7)<\/p>\n<p>Dans un sala\u00addier pr\u00e9\u00adpa\u00adrer l\u2019ap\u00adpa\u00adreil \u00e0 quiche en m\u00e9lan\u00adgeant les \u0153ufs, la cr\u00e8me et le gruy\u00e8re. Ajou\u00adter sel, poivre et mus\u00adcade \u00e0 convenance.<\/p>\n<p>Gar\u00adnir un plat \u00e0 tartes (beur\u00adr\u00e9 ou avec le papier sul\u00adfu\u00adri\u00ads\u00e9) avec la p\u00e2te feuille\u00adt\u00e9 (ne pas piquer la p\u00e2te). Tapis\u00adser le fond d\u2019une fine couche de mou\u00adtarde, y \u00e9ta\u00adler le m\u00e9lange poi\u00adreaux-cabillaud.
